Still doesnt work...after the 6th app update!

I have installed the SIXTH release of this game. Unfortunately it STILL crashes just after the red "Nintendo" screen. This app has NEVER worked on my iPad 4 running iOS 10.2.1. I have a working Internet connection and am NOT running a modified iOS.

Why can you get this app to work Nintendo? I really want to try it...and perhaps purchase the full game. Fix the crash so that I can use the app and Ill give a better review.
